Success stories
Europlan has been appointed to provide an expert to monitor and assess various processes of the CONCERT-Japan joint call on research and innovation which will be launched in September 2012 with the participation of funding organizations from several European countries and Japan. Europlan participated successfully in a study entitled "EU REGIONS AND NETWORKING" on behalf of the TeleRegions Network for the European Commission DG REGIO.
This successful study was carried out as a follow-up activity of the Gothenburg Ministerial Conference “Towards a Knowledge Society – The Nordic Experienceâ€.
The study focused on the successful application of ICT in regional development and highlighted the necessity for regional cooperation in order to facilitate and increase the transfer of technology and innovation to the New Member States.
